GOOD MORNING!    Changing your life is definitely something that has to be done gradually, little by little.  You need to make realistic goals for yourself and take little pieces at a time.  There are lots of people, including myself, that have done New Year's Resolutions - but unfortunately, they didn't stick.  The whole idea of starting a new year with hopes of changing my life was amazing, but I feel I did it for the wrong reasons.  You need to want to change your life - whether it is eating healthier, getting that new job, career change, or whatever goal you set, you need to do it because you know you need it, not just for the sake of making a "wish".  Life changes are not easy to make, but if you take realistic steps you can achieve them!
GOOD MORNING!   It is such a beautiful morning in South Florida.  Clear blue skies and only 70 degrees! I read this quote and wanted to share it:     " No matter what's happening, choose to be happy.  Don't focus on what's wrong.  Find something positive in your life."   Joel Osteen This is so incredibly true.  We are all going through things in our lives and will sometimes feel defeated.  That is when we need to focus on the good - not the bad.  We need to Thank God every morning for allowing us another day.  Take a deep breath and have faith that everything will work out.  There is always something to be thankful for.  As they say.. Let Go and Let God!
